Financial Management and Reporting

General Accounting duties (A/P, A/R, GJ, fixed assets, payroll, bank reconciliations and G/L) from journal entries to month and year-end closings. Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with GAAP to include: financial statements; management, board and grant reports. Prepare and manage annual operating and program budgets; and monthly and annual expense forecast. Prepare audit schedules, coordinate and manage A-133 audits.

Business Development

Customize and implement new financial and accounting systems with procedures and internal controls. Train client staff in daily functions and procedures.
